Initial Investment

Total Investment : $61,200 (includes $10,000 franchise fee)

These are the main components of the total investment shown in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD):

• Equipment - $18,000
• Mobile Vehicle* - $29,000
• Franchise Fee - $10,000

Minimum Production Level: 6% of sales or $1500 minimum per quarter.

Terms of agreement: Ten years, renewable

Third party financing is available for trailer/RV units.
